NEW IQ (Installs Quickly) LINE OF SEALING BOOTS

This new one-step generation of environmental toggle switch and circuit breaker silicone sealing boots is designed for fast retrofitting on existing control panels. The heart of this new sealing system was made possible by a new (patent pending) mounting technique.

The IQ Series features an integral bonded concentric (CONCENTRO-NUT™) aluminum nut that screws directly onto and completely surrounds the existing front-panel switch bushing-nut. The switches original panel mounting-nut does not have to be removed, it also speeds up the mounting time on original equipment assembly. The IQ Series provides protection to IP66/68 against unforgiving hostile contaminants: salt-spray, ice-buildup, sand, dust, dirt, sunlight, ozone, fungus, most solvents and lubricants, — virtually any potential contaminant that can invade and corrode the internal contacts and affect the reliability and performance of a non-sealed switch or circuit breaker.

UL RECOGNIZED SELF-SEALING WASHERS FOR NEMA 4 & 6 ENCLOSURES

SEELOC® self-sealing washers, with IP66/68 rating, are proving to be very popular in a  wide variety of electrical controls applications — especially for wet environments. SEELOCs are being used in NEMA enclosures and various controls cabinets in industrial processing, mining equipment, off-shore drilling sites, cell towers, military and communications equipment, etc. In addition, there are many commercial, non-electrical applications, that benefit from their high-pressure ability to seal out/contain liquids and contaminants. Wash-down equipment is just one example of how this versatile, stainless-steel (with bonded silicone rubber surface) self-sealing washer is being utilized. These are sealing jobs that standard washers aren't capable of performing.
